The Pendulum Punching Bag is unique because of its shape. The pendulum shape allows the ability for the bag to continuously move after it is punched. The person moving away from the bag with punches or work on attacking the bag with punches. The middle section of the bag allows you to practice straight punches. The bottom portion allows you to practice concentrated body shows. The top curve of the punching bag allows overhand punches. Made in Mexico.
